Save Yemen From Being Wiped Off The Map

A whole generation of conflict has left Yemen on the brink of disaster . What started as a long running civil war, now going on for seven years, has managed to tear apart whole communities and leave millions of Yemenis feeling homeless with no clear direction in life. Families are now forced to cram into tiny, unsanitary shelters in internally displaced persons (IDP) camps that are as good as cut off from the most basic necessities - food, clean drinking water and even decent medical care. Every single day you hear reports of children dying from malnutrition & diseases that shouldn't even be a death sentence.

Among the worst-hit places is Marib, a harsh semi-desert region now swelling with over two million displaced people. Years of drought and a really fast-growing population have pretty much left communities with no way to get water.

Al Mustafa USA is stepping in to help with vital food, clean water and healthcare - alongside some long term plans that actually give families the tools they need to start rebuilding their lives. From permanent homes to fully equipped medical clinics - the kind of things you really need for the long haul, not just emergency relief - we're planning to make real change happen.

We route all aid through the UN registered partners on the ground.

Food Aid & Bread Bakery

We carry out regular distributions of nutritious food, keeping families fed, healthy and fighting malnutrition. Our food pack provides a family of five with enough essential food items to keep them fed for an entire month.

To combat hunger and increase food security more sustainably, we are establishing a bread bakery in Yemen which will enables us to distribute freshly baked bread daily, feeding thousands of vulnerable Yemeni families living in IDP camps.

Donate today to provide the people of Yemen with food amid the awful famine, droughts, and conflict they are facing.

Clean Water

16 million people in Yemen are living without clean drinking water, increasing the spread of deadly disease and illness.

We are distributing water tanks each day to camps for displaced people, and hospitals. Each tank carries at least 6000 litres, and benefits hundreds of people daily.

To provide a more sustainable solution to the water problem in Yemen, we are now also constructing solar-powered deep water wells, that will provide clean water to over 5,000 people from two IDP camps, every day, for years to come.

Housing Project in IDP Camps

Many internally displaced families are forced to live in tents made of fragile material which fail to protect against the wind & scorching summer.

This is why Al Mustafa USA’s Housing project aims to transform entire IDP camps by constructing safe & strong homes for 380 displaced families.

Each home will comprise 2 rooms, a bathroom, kitchen, clean water supply and sewerage. These houses will offer Yemenis a place of refuge where they can rebuild their lives in safety.

Medical Clinics in IDP Camps

Approximately 20.1 million people in Yemen are in urgent need of medical assistance

Those most in need of medical assistance are babies, children, the elderly, those with disabilities and pregnant women. Yemen has the highest maternal mortality rate in the Arab region, as the lack of maternal health services are resulting in unsafe deliveries and women dying during or after childbirth.

We are running regular temporary medical clinics providing life-saving aid to almost 6,000 beneficiaries. But to help save more precious lives, we are constructing permanent facilities in IDP camps that will serve thousands of internally displaced Yemenis over years.

The new health facilities will include an emergency room, two clinics, a pharmacy, a laboratory and an adequate waiting room. At the health centre, Yemenis will be able to access quality general health support, internal medicine, paediatrics, and gynaecology, including maternity care and safe delivery.

Why Your Donations Are Important

Your donation of $7,500 builds an entire house for a displaced family. Safe homes protect against extreme weather, reduce illness through integrated clean water and sanitation, and give families the stability to focus on rebuilding their lives. Children grow up safely. Parents can plan ahead. That's lasting change.

Medical Clinics in IDP Camps

Across the country, roughly 20 million Yemenis are waiting for medical help that may never come. The most vulnerable are babies, children, the elderly, those with disabilities, and pregnant women.

More women die during childbirth in Yemen than in any other country across the Arab world. Without maternal health services, deliveries are unsafe and too many mothers don't survive. Millions of malnourished children need immediate medical intervention.

Temporary mobile clinics:

Al Mustafa Welfare Trust runs temporary medical clinics providing emergency care to almost 6,000 beneficiaries. Your contribution keeps these essential services running.

Building permanent health facilities:

We're constructing permanent facilities to serve thousands of displaced Yemenis for years. Your donation goes toward the $60,000 construction cost of a medical clinic.

Each facility includes an ER, two consultation rooms, an on-site pharmacy, a diagnostic lab, and a proper waiting area. Patients receive treatment across general medicine, internal health, children's care, and women's health, including prenatal support and supervised deliveries.

Paediatric services prevent child mortality through early intervention. Maternity care reduces maternal deaths. Emergency rooms handle urgent cases when minutes matter. Lab facilities enable diagnosis of diseases like cholera, preventing outbreaks in crowded camps, Alhamdulillah.

Your support provides humanitarian aid across all four programs: food, clean water, housing, and medical care. Al Mustafa Welfare Trust works with UN registered partners to ensure every donation delivers effective relief to vulnerable Yemenis facing urgent need.

Your Yemen emergency donation provides:

  • Food aid keeping families fed

  • Safe drinking water for thousands

  • Permanent homes protecting displaced families ($7,500 per house)

  • Medical care infrastructure ($60,000 per clinic)

  • Solar-powered water wells ($37,500 serving 1,000 families)

Every contribution offers critical support to those trapped in the humanitarian catastrophe. Yemen's children, pregnant women, elderly, and displaced families depend on emergency aid for survival. Your Yemen appeal contribution helps Yemen survive and rebuild for the future, Insha'Allah.
