Al Mustafa Eye hospital Lahore, Pakistan serves as a beacon of hope for millions of people who cannot access quality eye care services. Our free eye hospital provides specialist medical care at no charge to vulnerable people living in poverty across Punjab. Every single day, we treat 200 patients who cannot afford specialist healthcare anywhere else. Our eye hospital works with world class doctors, surgeons and expert medical professionals who handle a wide range of different types of visual impairment and blindness conditions.
Across the world, 2.2 billion people have trouble seeing clearly and in Pakistan there are more than 1.5 million people who are partially or fully blind. Research shows that 75% of blindness can be prevented with simple surgery and proper treatment.
This hope drove us to establish our first free eye hospital in Punjab, Pakistan. Initially, we wanted to make eye treatment accessible to everyone who needed it, ensuring that financial barriers would not prevent anyone from getting care.

Al Mustafa Eye Hospital Lahore has a highly skilled team of doctors, surgeons, and medical technicians working exceptionally and around the clock. They help restore clear vision and sight for hundreds of people each single day through free treatments. Our fully equipped eye hospital facility has excellent medical machinery including a Retinoscope, Lensometry, A-Scan, operating microscope, and 78-D lens. More than 17 qualified staff members work here to successfully treat patients requiring complex surgery.
Our hospital is free for everyone and it improves on what our mobile eye camps can accomplish. Eye camps continue to work well at saving sight, but highly dependent upon weather, location, and seasonal factors, which can limit their effectiveness. While our volunteer eye camps serve remote areas, we cannot always operate on children or provide the specialized surgery that complex cases require.
Our Lahore hospital allows us to offer comprehensive care and treat patients with glaucoma, cataracts, and other conditions that vary in complexity. Patients can visit us to schedule an appointment whenever they need help. This approach allows us to treat avoidable blindness earlier, preventing long-term damage and ensuring better outcomes for each patient's life.
