783 million people face acute hunger, and majority of them are living in Islamic countries. Allah says in Surah Al-Insan (76:8-9) believers "give food, even though they desire it, to the poor, the orphan, and the captive," saying: "We feed you for the sake of Allah. We seek neither reward nor thanks."
This Ramadan, AL MUSTAFA USA is dedicated to deliver life-saving food to vulnerable families, ensuring that they have enough to eat for Iftar and Suhoor. Your generous donations provides more than just meals, it restores strength, hope, and dignity to those in need.
For the past five years, AL Mustafa Welfare Trust’s Feed a Million campaign has been a lifeline for families battling hunger. Through the distribution of Iftar meals and Ramadan food packs across more than ten countries—including Pakistan, Gaza, Yemen, Syria, and Lebanon—we help ensure vulnerable families have food for Iftar and Suhoor. Your generosity does more than fill empty plates; it restores strength, dignity, and hope during the blessed month of Ramadan.
With your support, we will distribute nutritious food packs to families in crisis, helping them focus on worship, healing, and rebuilding their lives this holy month. No one should go hungry—let’s stand together and make a lasting impact.
Together, we can tackle hunger, nourish hope, and inspire resilience in the hearts of millions. Donate now and help us feed 1 million people this Ramadan.

The Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: "Whoever feeds a fasting person will have a reward like that of the fasting person, without any reduction in his reward." - Jami` at-Tirmidhi 807
What Makes This an Act of Immense Reward?
Brotherhood and Compassion are Strengthened: Sharing a meal with someone who has fasted all day changes something between you. You are no longer strangers. Ramadan tables turn neighbors into brothers, and that connection stays long after the plates are cleared.
Personal Worship Transforms into Shared Mercy: Fasting is often private. You and your hunger, alone with Allah. But when someone provides your iftar, that private act opens up. Two people now share in the blessing. Your worship becomes theirs. Theirs becomes yours.
Rewards Multiply Without Extra Burden: The hadith spells it out plainly. You get the full reward of fasting. The person who fasted loses nothing from their own reward. Both gain. And often, you are only sharing food you would have prepared anyway.
Empathy for Those in Need Develops: When you feed someone breaking their fast, you start to think about hunger differently. For some people, this is not just Ramadan. This is every day. That awareness sticks with you and shapes how you give long after the month ends..
Trust is built on Results. We have been running "Feed a Million” campaign for the last five years, and the numbers speak for themselves. We do not just promise to help. We follow through. We approach conflicted zones and impoverished villages where food is genuinely scarce and many families struggle to survive.
In Gaza, we have delivered emergency food aid to over 200,000 people, while our Gaza kitchen has provided freshly cooked meals to more than 176,000 individuals in need. Through our food programs, we have reached 1,727,886 beneficiaries in 2025 and distributed Qurbani meat to over 3.5 million people across 25 countries.
During last Ramadan, we provided nourishing meals to hundreds of thousands of Muslims facing food insecurity, and this Ramadan, our goal is to feed one million people through the Feed One Million campaign.
We do not just drop off food. We serve it with respect.
